Work on the infrastructure for a new neighborhood in north Bnei Brak designed by architectural firm Mazor-First, included underground systems (drainage, electricity), roads, bridges and pedestrian overpasses.

The project included constructing a drainage main for the new neighborhood, with public spaces above it, the electrical infrastructure for roads, as well as paving special-access roads for the electricity company. An 80 acre public park was also developed for the new neighborhood.
